Care Instructions
Follow these steps to ensure your cookware stays clean and increasingly seasoned:
- Allow cookware to cool enough to handle, but still quite warm
- Hand wash with hot water & salt or mild soap
- Use a towel to dry thoroughly (important!)
- Rub a thin layer of oil inside the cookware & on the rim (Palm, Flaxseed, Coconut, Canola or other)
- Place on a stove (or in an oven) & heat up until lightly smoking
- Turn off the heat. Carefully use a paper towel to wipe off excess oil (this avoids a sticky surface)
- Once completely cool, store in a cool, dry place
How to restore cast iron
- If there is rust or gunk, first scrub the whole cookware with a steel wool sponge
- Using a scouring pad, wash with soap & hot water
- Use a towel to dry thoroughly (important!)
- Place on a hot stove (or in an oven) to completely evaporate any excess moisture
- Rub a thin layer of oil all over the cookware, inside & outside (Palm, Flaxseed, Coconut, Canola or other)
- Once the oil is rubbed in thoroughly, use a clean paper towel to wipe off excess oil (this avoids stickiness)
- Place cookware in an oven at 230°C to 260°C and bake for 1 hour
- Depending on the type of oil you use, it can get quite smokey
- Allow to cool completely & store in cool, dry place

It is very easy to use. Does an excellent job of flattening rotis and puri which is what I bought it for. I would gladly recommend it.

This product is perfect!
This product works fantastically and makes perfect tortilla wraps. It reduces the amount of time it takes to make a batch of wraps and makes them perfectly. It appeared smaller than I thought it would be but in actual fact it is the perfect size. I can make the wrap a bit thicker and just roll it bigger if need be. I would recommend it 100 times over and I am over the moon that it was recommended Read more

solid product that works well

Also works better when your dough is still warm. If you need it to be very thin, you can always roll it out further after you have prRead more

Excellent quality.
Very happy with my tortilla maker. Use it for "Puri's" and small naans. One star less only due to small size. Would have preferred to have this slightly larger. Otherwise very happy with my purchase.
