It's OK
It chills the wine to just cooler than room temperature. I was hoping for a more chilled wine. Its good for chilling red wine where you don't want it ice cold but for white I'd rather use an old fashioned bucket and ice!

It really works!
The wine really does get cold in 5 minutes, so it's a fantastic fridge space saver. The only drawback is the gel pack defrosts quite quickly, so won't keep the wine cold for more than an hour. But how long does it take to drink a bottle of wine anyway?
