Unit 43 Distilling Company's motto is "Find and Refine." A smooth caramel flavour, with a mild earthy spiciness that also brings out the Juniper, is imparted to Wooded Gin during its ageing in repurposed oak wine staves. Have it on the rocks or with your favourite Indian tonic.

- Dark smelling & woody with some hints of caramel
- Smells like Christmas — a vanilla whisky-flavoured Christmas pudding

- Hints spicy, earthy caramel flavours
- Citrus on the back of the mouth with whisky peaty flavours coming through
- Finish:
- Robust powerful & full-bodied
- Woody with whisky flavours on the finish — leaving you with a lingering hint of peaty juniper flavours
- Spicy cinnamon and nutmeg
Unit 43 love making things they love, and they love well-crafted spirits, so it was inevitable that the two would come together. As a family-owned company, they have a hand in all aspects of the distillery and distilling process including growing their botanicals, and building all their equipment, from the still to the bar.

Wow — what an incredible balanced flavour!
What I love about the Unit 43 Oak Wooded Gin is the way the flavours are perfectly balanced. The subtle undertones of oak combined with the wonderful gin make for a delicious and unique taste sensation — highly recommend!

So great!
This is the first time I've had an aged gin and I'm blown away! Can't decide if i want it with tonic or neat over ice.
It's really remarkable and beautifully packaged like the other products by this distillery. Fantastic 5-star from me.
