I saw this demonstrated in a kitchen shop. It keeps home made ice cream beautifully cold while you serve it outside on the terrace. The long shape fits conveniently in the freezer and it is easy to scoop lovely balls. I often make my own ice cream so I am very happy to have this funky and convenient container in my kitchen.
