How it works:

1. Fill moulds to raised line
2. Gently lower the silicone cap into each mould
3. Freeze mould for 4-6 hours
4. Run each mould under warm tap water on all sides for 30 seconds in total
5. Peel silicone cap up by pulling up on tabs
6. Squeeze mould sides to release your fresh ice
