Stunning carpet and soft underfoot.
Pleased with the carpet but the service was poor, staff at the V&A Waterfront were not able to remove the carpet from the display and tried to deter the sale saying they had cashed up well before the advertised closing time. After convincing us to purchase it online, no one was able to explain why delivery was delayed. Only 3 weeks later, was it delivered after contact with numerous staff.
I would recommend this product to a friend.
