- Use hand brush
- For light stains and dirt wipe with a damp cloth, and the rug should be dried immediately by laying on flat surface
- Avoid areas where rug may become wet

- Don't pull Jute strips or loose ends, trim with scissors
- Avoid vacuuming — shake to loosen dirt & dust and to lift pile
- Use rug protectors under legs of heavy furniture to avoid flattening of the pile
- The rug may not flatten immediately when the packaging is removed but will settle over some time
- To preserve the life of the rug, we recommend using a rug pad
