This Digital Infrared No-Contact Laser Temperature Thermometer Gun is a handy tool to accurately measure surface temperatures from a safe distance. Just point and aim at your desired target whether it be in a wood-fired oven, on the braai or in your home oven. The built-in laser pointer allows for maximum accuracy and with its 12:1 distance-spot ratio, the further away the target, the larger the test spot area will become.

• Avoid direct/indirect eye contact with the laser beam. Laser radiation may cause eye damage
• Don't point the laser beam at another person or animal, attempt to point the laser beam at an aircraft, view the beam with optical instruments, allow children to operate the device, expose the thermometer to direct sources of heat for extended periods, use leaking batteries or dispose of old batteries in a fire
• Use two 1.5V AAA batteries when replacing the batteries within the device
• Make sure to insert the batteries following the correct polarities
• Always remove the batteries when cleaning the device
• Remove the batteries if storing the device for a prolonged time
• Don't disassemble the device or tamper with internal components. Doing so will void any warranty
• Refrain from touch the lens or wiping it using anything other than a soft cloth to cotton swab
• Keep the thermometer away from electromagnetic fields produced by objects such as arc welders and induction heaters
• The thermometer measures surface temperature, not internal temperature. Don't use it as a reliable source to measure body temperatures
