Delightful Surprise!
Used this relish to accompany a cheese board and it was delightfully surprising. The apricot and cashew pieces are chunkier than I imagined, but the combination has great flavour - especially with the hint of chilli which is not over bearing but very tasty! It was also a zingy addition to a camembert and bacon sandwich the following morning. Yum!
I would recommend this product to a friend.
