Care instructions
- Suggestions Before First Use:
- Initial use may produce a small amount of smoke; this will stop shortly
- Remove the plastic protector from the base and clean with a soft cloth before first use
- Keep the base smooth; avoid contact with metal objects like buttons or zips
- For 100% wool fibres, use the steam setting with a high steam position and a dry ironing cloth
- Steady Temperature:
- Check garment ironing instructions
- No manual temperature adjustment needed due to electronic temperature control
- Filling the Water Tank:
- Disconnect from power
- Open the water cap, fill to the MAX level, and close the cap
- Use distilled or demineralised water if you have hard water
- Don’t use chemically or perfumed water
- Steam Ironing:
- Fill the water tank and plug in the iron
- Steam ironing is possible only when heating is complete; otherwise, water may leak
- Wait for the indicator to stop flickering before starting
- Press the steam switch for steam ironing
- After use, place the iron upright or on its base, unplug, empty remaining water, and let it cool
- Continuous Steam:
- Once heating is complete, choose large steam or ECO steam as needed
- Switch between steam settings anytime
- Shot of Steam:
- Once heating is complete, press the steam button quickly for a burst of steam
- Self Cleaning:
- Ensure there’s enough water in the tank before cleaning
- Place the iron safely to avoid injury from hot water
- After heating, hold the cleaning switch for 3 seconds to activate cleaning mode
- Cleaning is complete after 2 minutes, indicated by three buzzer sounds
- Auto Shut Off:
- Iron powers off after 7 minutes of inactivity
- The display will flash and buzz six times when powered off
- Press the steam switch to restore power
- Steam discharge won’t be interrupted during this process
- Anti-Drip:
- The iron stops steaming automatically if the temperature is too low to prevent dripping
- Anhydrous Detection (No Water Detection):
- If the water tank is empty, the pump will stop automatically to protect its lifespan
