Terrible quality
In 5 months I have had to send the product for repair twice. It works for a while then suddenly refuses to work. I would not buy it again and would not recommend it.

We're sorry we got it wrong this time around, and hope you've used your refund to find something that suits you better.
Love love love it!
Before buying this rice cooker, I could not make rice.
Somehow burnt AND soggy every single time, no matter what I tried.
This thing is magical.
It works by cooking at full power until it senses that the temperature has gone above boiling point (because the rice has absorbed all the water), then it flicks over to 'Keep Warm' mode.
