This cake lifter completely changes my kitchen acrobatics when I need to lift, move or transfer a cake!

No longer do I need fifteen utensils precariously balanced under the edges of prone-to-breaking cakes! No longer do I have to use kilograms of icing to repair cracks and broken pieces of baked goods! No more do I have to shut my eyes and hope for the best.

I purchased this item so that I could get my bread loaves out of the oven with ease. I tried it out first time on a heavy New York style cheese cake and it lifted the cake off the bottom of the pan with ease, and it made it easier for me to place the cake onto the server than had I tried to do it by hand. I think this is going to be of great use in my kitchen.

Strong and sturdy. Stainless makes cleaning up much easier and more hygienic. I would recommend this to all bakers makes your cake transferring successful! No breaking of layers and layers match up perfectly.
