Disappointed in the quality
The right-hand side of the toaster stayed on when plugged in. No way of turning it off other than at the plug.

We're sorry we got it wrong this time around, and hope you've used your refund to find something that suits you better.
Toaster that doesn't toast.
Such a stunning looking toaster but sadly it doesn't make toast too well. The pull down knobs are so stiff that the whole toaster tends to want to tip forward when engaged. And even if you turn the dials all the way up to the maximum bread still doesn't toast. If you toast the bread twice with dials at the max then you might get a golden brown slice of toast. Wouldn't recommend this.

Needs to be on the highest setting to toast adequately though. Excellent sales assistant at the Waterfront.
