I love my new kettle but feel very sad and disappointed that the knob on the lid came off and it's brand new. Now I struggle to open it when I need to refill my kettle with water.
As much as I love the product, the knob on the lid should not come off. I mean you have to open it every day to add water, so it should be strong. It looks like glue came off or something. If a person chooses to pay so much for a kettle it shouldn't break after only six months.
I would not recommend this product to a friend.

This kettle is perfect.
The Swan kettle is perfect. We love it! It feels so luxurious to the touch, the spout has a teapot charm to it and it boils silently. Our biggest wish was a kettle that boiled silently — as Teams and Zoom calls mean boiling water needed to be scheduled! Now, no more.
I would recommend this product to a friend.
