I love how easy this makes it to store soup and sauce in easy-to-use sizes. Frozen food pops out of the mould easily and the mould itself is sturdy. I'm really happy with my purchase!

This has been a life-changing product. I can now make huge pots of soup and convert them into meals for one in the freezer. Once the cubes are frozen, I remove them from the tray and seal them in small plastic bags (which I reuse). I simply take out a cube at the start of each day and allow it to thaw prior to final heating in the microwave for supper. A different soup each night!

I bought 2 of these 1-cup trays a few months ago and I use them pretty much weekly. I make large bone broth batches and then I freeze them in this. As soon as it's hard frozen, I pop it into a biodegradable ziplock bag and back into the freezer. I use it for the broth, soups, dhal curry, even rice (although it's not ideal for rice because the rice doesn't have liquid to freeze and hold it together once it goes into the ziplock).

I've even used it for the hot lemon and ginger drink that I make in winter. The drink is so healthy but it's a hassle to make every time, so I make a pot and portion it into these. When I want one, I just take a block out and pop it into a mug and then into the microwave. The 1-cup hard frozen block fits perfectly into a standard mug, and therefore doesn't overflow when it melts down and warms up. I do the same with the bone broth. I make too much to keep in the fridge, but with this way I always have some ready in the freezer when I want it.

It's also really easy to clean and dries quickly. I don't have a dishwasher, but I hand wash it with a bit of dishwashing liquid and hot water. Comes out spotless no matter what was stored in it.

As soon as I can, I want to buy myself the half-cup tray as well.

Hugely recommend this for anyone who does meal prep. These are not a new concept by any means but definitely the best I've come across. So easy to pop out a portion of frozen soup etc. and it washes really easily.

SouperCubes are absolutely amazing for meal prep! The cube design makes it so easy to portion, freeze, and stack meals neatly in the freezer. It takes all the hassle out of prepping and reheating — just pop out a cube when you’re short on time, and you’ve got a perfectly portioned meal ready to go. I absolutely love this product. I will definitely purchase more. I very rarely post a review but I just had to this time.
It''s so easy to transfer the frozen contents into a zip lock bag which utilises less space in my freezer and enables me to reuse the container.

Certain recipes are so delicious and so worth making but so time consuming. Think cooking dried chickpeas and beans, making pesto, hummus, salsa etc.

This size is perfect when you make time consuming recipes in large batches and then store what you don't need for later. Think shortcuts in your freezer. Marinara to add to meatballs, salsa to have with chips, chickpeas to add to your tagine. I need more of these! They make cooking so much easier! Read more
