I have had this peeler for many years. The blade is still as sharp as the day I bought it and the material it is constructed from has not degraded even a bit. Highly Recommended.

Amazing Peeler
This is one of two peelers I bought from Yuppiechef. First, it peels tomatoes. Seriously, it peels tomatoes without any problems. It also peels potatoes so that the peel is thin, thereby leaving more potato behind than other peelers I have had over the years. It also peels, unbelievably, butternut. Peels tomatoes quickly without hassle
Incredible; peels tomatoes like a knife through butter - was totally impressed. I can make gazpacho much quicker now, don't need to put the tomatoes in boiling water. Just peel, done!
