Scanpan's Steel & Copper Cleaner refreshes the looks of stainless steel and copper cookware, cutlery, flatware, and utensils. Also suitable for polishing ceramic cook tops.
- A non-scratching, biodegradable, environmental friendly and odour free cleaner
- Removes stains, lime scale, and oxidation efficiently and leaves a nice clean surface
- Based on citric acid, ammonium chloride and water
How to use:
- Apply the cleaner directly to the surface or on a dry cloth/paper towel
- Rub evenly over the surface until the stains, lime scale or oxidation disappears
- Rinse with water and dry thoroughly

Would not recommend for copper
I bought it chiefly for polishing copper, however it left the pan with an uneven and streaky shine, which thankfully could be corrected with old-fashioned salt+vinegar polishing. Worked well on stainless steel. I expected this to be better than old-fashioned methods, but in my opinion it's really not worth it. Thankfully wasn't an expensive dud.
I would not recommend this product to a friend.
