When the cold weather hits, there's nothing quite like slipping into a bed made warm and toasty thanks to an electric blanket. These from Salton come in a variety of sizes and are fitted to avoid them sliding around.

The winter has not started properly yet, but I have switched the Salton Electric blanket on a couple of times and it heats up very well and quickly.

The product is certainly worth purchasing. It heats up quickly and effectively. Level 2, the highest setting, gets rather hot and I use it only to get the bed warmed up quickly and then reduce the heat.
