Not ecstatic.
The item I received doesn't toast correctly. Very unevenly toasted bread and you'd need to toast it more than once.
For the money you pay, this product shouldn't have these defects. A cheaper toaster would be much better than this one. I will not buy Russell Hobbs again.
I would not recommend this product to a friend.
