  • Cleaning the removable crumb tray:
  • Clean the removable crumb tray frequently
  • A build-up of crumbs can be unhygienic and could be a fire hazard
  • Don't operate the toaster unless the crumb tray is fitted and closed back into place
  • Unplug the toaster and let it cool down, then remove and empty the crumb tray
  • Wipe it with a damp cloth, dry and then slide it back inside the toaster
