Care Instructions
- Cleaning the appliance:
- Allow the appliance to fully cool down (recommended 30 minutes after cooking)
- Drain any oils and moisture from the food
- Wash the removable cooking basket, cooking tray, and handle with warm soapy water using a cloth, sponge, or non-abrasive brush
- Dry completely before use or storage
- Perform deep cleaning once a month to avoid grease buildup on the roof and fan
- Deep cleaning:
- Mix 1 cup of water, 2 tbsp of vinegar, and juice of half a lemon/lime in a heat-resistant bowl
- Place the bowl inside the air fryer and run at 200ºC for 30 minutes
- After the cycle, remove the bowl and allow the air fryer to cool before handling
- Flip the air fryer upside down, and use a damp towel to clean the heating element, fan, and roof surface
- Use a small soft nylon brush (like a toothbrush) if needed to scrub baked-on grease
- Never use water or a wet sponge on the heating element or roof
