I have struggled to find the same size mixing bowl after my previous one broke. I have been to large reputable stores, but all they had was the tiny ones not suitable for doing scrambled eggs or pap in. Bought 2 and I am very pleased. A sealable lid would have been a bonus for storage.

These bowls are fabulous, I have different sizes and use them all the time for mixing and storing and sometimes even serving. You can bung them in the dishwasher and they are great because plastic wrap sticks to the glass making them easy to seal.

Would recommend getting a 3L if you are going to use it to mix a cake mix.
