Stainless steel thermometer designed for measuring the temperature of milk and frothed milk for use when making and serving drinks.
The easy to read Celsius and Fahrenheit dial has the ideal frothing temperature outlined, and clips easily to the side of a jug or saucepan to monitor the temperature as the milk is being warmed / frothed. For perfect froth for cappuccinos, liquid should reach a temperature of between 65 - 70°C.

Perfect
I bought this thermometer to make yoghurt, and have since used it to froth milk for coffee as well. It is excellent. It is accurate, and has exactly the temperature range that I needed. My yoghurt came out PERFECTLY! The pot clip works very well on my pots and places the tip exactly in the middle of my medium sized pot. I am very happy and have already recommended this product to other people.

I bought this thermometer to take the guesswork out of making simple vinegar cheese - the milk needs to get to 185f but not boil. It is a well-priced and robust thermometer, easy to read, easy to clean, clips onto the pan (even one with a big lip on the rim) is height adjustable, and as far as I know, is accurate enough for the home kitchen (We're not splitting the atom here!). Wonderful product.
Product is accurate and precise, easy to use and store when not in use. Would 100% recommend this for testing the temperature of any and all milk products while heating to prevent scalding of your milk.
