Shocking design
A word of caution. Something that is not at all clear from the pictures and that few seem to mention here is the shockingly poor positioning of the plug sockets to which the controllers attach. The plug sockets are large, hard plastic sockets, that are built into the top of the electric blanket. These are located about 15 cm into the mattress, right by your pillow (on both sides of the bed). T Read more

It doesn’t warm up very quickly & the hottest setting isn’t quite hot enough for me. However the lowest setting is good to leave on all night to stay warm. It also has to bulky plastic fixtures in the top two corners where the electrical fittings join. Not ideal...

Good heating function. Terrible as a fitted blanket
the heating function is perfect. But it is market as a fitted electric blanket. The sides that wrap over the sides of the mattress is very thin and rips easily.

Double Queen Size Extra Length fitted Electric Blanket
I bought a "Double Queen Size Extra Length fitted Electric Blanket" for my Queen Size Extra Length bed. I fits perfectly and I have used it on it's lowest setting twice just to test it on my side of the bed. It has detachable leads from the blanket which make rotating the bed a lot easier.
