About Cape Saint Blaize

Cape Saint Blaize was founded in 2020, and is situated in the heart of Mossel Bay. This artisanal distillery pays tribute to this unique place we call home, and captures the true spirit of Eden through rare botanical selection and artful distillation. Drawing inspiration from the Southern coast of Africa, and bringing together the natural relationship between people and plants, the botanicals used in their gin are hand foraged from a varied terrain that encompasses a rugged coastline, majestic mountain plateaus, dense ancient forests and remote semi-arid deserts.
