We really like the Barco food colouring products. The turquoise is more on the greeny side... so use sparingly to get the colour you want.

Stunning colour and range

Used to colour my fondant and royal icing — only used a limited number of drops and the colour mixed in fantastically giving me a full rich bright orange.
Would certainly recommend this product to any baker.

Really strong pigment and true colours. You only need like 1 drop to get the colour advertised on bottle and its really cheap instead of having to mix basic colours!

Vibrant colour. Bottle is designed in such a way that it doesn't leak. This works well in melted chocolate without changing the texture because it isn't water based.

"Christmas Red" turned out to be coral.. "Electric Green" = light mint green. I'm not sure whether I should have emptied the entire bottle or what but these colours were rather disappointing, especially considering their catchy names -_-

I purchased 6 lustre dust products and they are absolute rubbish. The dust does not attach onto the fondant, and there is actually no lustre to speak of. I wondered why it was selling at 30% discount .... I now know why. Stay away from this brand.
