Polli Pomodoro Secchi e Formaggio is a red pesto, made with basil, sun-dried tomatoes, cashew nuts and cheese. Use it with pasta as a sauce, with the addition of freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano, on a gourmet bruschetta with slightly toasted bread, or as the ingredient of a panino for a luxury picnic with fine cheese or slightly smoked cured meat.
