This little kitchen accessory has upped my egg-slicing game. Before (secretly) buying it, my boiled eggs had very little character.

That has since changed and now boiled egg and avo on toast has become an ‘event’ and appears to be constructed by a (semi) professional.

I use this to cut eggs and soft cheeses. Slices it perfectly every time. First time putting in some buffalo mozzarella I was sceptical about the tension of the wires, but it held and made perfect slices. Just a small tip for mozarella, make sure it is a bit smaller than the hollow nest to prevent it spilling out on the sides when pressed.

Brilliant time saver, slices boiled eggs in a second to be used in salads, sandwiches, potato salad, breakfast snackwich etc. Just run it under hot water & allow to drip-dry.
