Makes a good pancake fliper

I am very happy with this - works well, comfortable to handle, is dishwasher safe and can be used at high heat and with non-stick pans. I do recommend it.

I've had the 32cm turner for years and it works great as a turner! After a bit of searching I found the product on Yuppiechef and bought the 29cm for smaller applications. I also bought the 32/29cm set as a replacement set for my parents. Just a word of caution, you CAN break it. Rather use a wooden spoon to break separate clunks of frozen food. As a turner I would recommend it to anyone with non-stick pans they actually like. Read more

Was nervous to buy these not having seen them in the flesh and so loved my previous pure silicone ones which are not obtainable anymore, anything I picked up in shop did not feel right, so am glad took a chance on these. Love the OXO range and have gone with black kitchen bits and bobs where I can help it and these are great. I got a few sizes of the turners and seem to be using them all.

This turner is made from high-grade silicone and has a very firm grip. It can basically flip anything you want now! At first, I was a bit skeptical due to the price tag but it is well worth the money spent.

Usual OXO quality. Perfect size for lifting fried eggs, turning flapjacks, etc. I wouldn't use it as a spatula for stir frying though.

The spatula is firm enough to lift food and flexible enough to flip pancakes or eggs. The size is perfect for smaller food items.

Purchased this item following a failed replacement of the nylon turner that I left in a got pan and subsequently melted. It's tricky with non-stick and stainless steel pans —getting a turner that functions like a wooden turner, but is food safe and silicone that won't damage the high-investment pots and pans that need to last a lifetime. After a week of actual use, we can report it is functioning rather well. I appreciate the heavy feeling having struggled with controlling the lighter weight turners — they tend to flip out of my hands and eggs end up on the floor. Especially happy to have gotten it on sale and from an investment brand like OXO. Read more

I've got a few different turners but this has something none of them have — size. There are times when you need to flip or lift something bigger and this is just the answer. Also good if you need to flip/lift a few smaller things at once. It's got a good amount of flex but still has some rigidity. The silicone is soft enough to be gentle on surfaces.

The spatula gets stuck on eggs and does not turn them well. It breaks omelettes and flapjacks.
