Buyer beware!
This has to be the worst salt/pepper grinder that I have ever come across and I'm amazed that "OXO" has lent its name to it.
It has a major design fault with the grinding head being on top and uncovered, open to the environment so open to moisture.
The conditions one would normally find in a kitchen or dining room where this implement would be used.
