All their confections are created using traditional methods and the highest quality ingredients sourced locally and internationally by founder and creator, Karen Schneid.

Yum!
Absolutely delicious — I feel like I can never go back to standard nougat after this. The salted caramel was amazing (and my favourite) and the rose pistachio got it just right - not too perfume-like in taste, but not lacking in rose flavour either.
I would recommend this product to a friend.
