This Fresh Prep slicer and shredder attachment enables easy, fast slicing and shredding, and is designed exclusively to work with all KitchenAid Stand Mixer Models. Simply attach to the multipurpose attachment hub powered by the stand mixer. It features three quick changing blades that come standard with the KitchenAid Fresh Prep Slicer and Shredder are perfect for slicing and shredding root and raw green vegetables, potatoes, onions, cheese, various kinds of fruits, nuts and chocolate for toppings

• Coarse shredding blade (6mm): perfect for shredding ingredients, such as cabbage for coleslaw or potatoes for hash browns
