Inspired by flavours from around the world and for any dish, think of NOMU’s range of Rubs as instant dry marinades that you either combine with olive oil and rub directly onto your meat, fish or veg or as a traditional marinade.
Sprinkle and rub this onto meat, poultry, seafood or vegetables. Drizzle with olive oil or melted butter and toss well to coat. Cook immediately or leave to marinate before roasting, grilling, frying, simmering or sizzling over hot coals.
