I always make sure I have Nomu Moroccan Rub on hand as I use it for every lamb dish I prepare — whether it's chops, a tagine or a roast. It adds the most delicious taste to the dishes.

The best for moroccan Chicken with Chick Peas
This is the best rub to add an authentic Moroccan flavour to your dishes. I've used it when making Moroccan Chicken (with Chick Peas, Chili, Peppadews, Onion, Tomato and Corn) on Couscous. Serve with a dollop of plain yoghurt. The rub has a complex flavour, without overpowering the dish.

Tasty mix of herbs and spices
