I had been waiting to use the box of fondants for a special occasion and sadly it didn't live up to my expectations.

The directions were followed to the tee and I found the chocolate mix very gooey and sweet and the albeit chocolate, it wasn't a good chocolate taste for me. I know it is preservative free but it tasted a bit synthetic to me personally. So sad to write this review but that was the honest truth. Read more

Nomu have such a great rep for the quality of their cocoa products, but fondants have a status for being hard to make and easy to ruin.
