This was so easy I didn't even have to take out a beater! I added carrots and walnuts and they were fabulously tasty and moist.
Start to finish (including the 35min cooking time) was just 50min!
Great to have in the pantry for a surprise visitor at tea time!

These muffins are sooo yummy, and it's extremely easy to make. I added in some grated apple and ripe bananas for a little something different and it made the muffins sooo moist and yum!

I'm terrible at baking and hate long recipes, this mix was perfect! Just add eggs, oil, milk. I also divided the mixture and added 2 roughly mashed bananas to half and raisins to other half. Muffins baked right through at 30mins nice and soft, not very sweet. Will definitely buy this again.

Very tasty and easy to make. My husband really loved the flavour. (I used coconut oil) Next time I make them, I will try adding carrots or banana. The crumble gave it a nice crunchy texture topping. I am health conscious so one request I would have would be for NOMU to write down the calories on the box.
