A scrumptious and versatile muffin mix, perfect for breakfast, lunch, tea time or any time, really. Delicious served with a generous spoonful of cream cheese frosting, or buttered with a handful of grated Cheddar and a cup of tea.

Easy as childs play!

This was so easy I didn't even have to take out a beater! I added carrots and walnuts and they were fabulously tasty and moist.
Start to finish (including the 35min cooking time) was just 50min!
Great to have in the pantry for a surprise visitor at tea time!

Delicious and soo easy to bake!

These muffins are sooo yummy, and it's extremely easy to make. I added in some grated apple and ripe bananas for a little something different and it made the muffins sooo moist and yum!
