Ceylon Pettiagalla is grown in the Dimbula area in the Balangoda District of Sri Lanka and is a favourite for all day sipping. If you prefer a mild to medium strength tea, this one is perfect for you. Excellent enjoyed without milk.
Tip: To make, heat fresh water to just below boiling point and pour over the loose leaves. Allow to steep for 2-3 minutes, for optimum results, and remember to add tea not time if you would like a stronger cuppa. Over-exposure to hot water can bring out unpleasant bitterness in the leaves.
