Product Info

Pure Coffee Extract is the essence of rich brewed coffee in a concentrated form that allows the cook to deliver the nuances of coffee without having to brew a pot.

Use it to add subtle richness to a vanilla milkshake or hot chocolate. Add it to hot fudge sauce as a topping for ice cream, add it to vanilla yoghurt, or blend it into whipped cream to go with brownies or pound cake. It's also a great addition to molten chocolate cakes, tiramisu, or molasses cookies.

I don't drink coffee but I do enjoy coffee flavoured chocolate. My partner, on the other hand, is a coffee connoisseur and he doesn't like bad coffee. We were both impressed by the flavour of this coffee extract. I made coffee chocolate macrons that were sublime.

I think it's a great product - I would have liked it to be more coffee. I needed it to be coffee in flavour for shakes. But its excellent for cakes.
