That's no-one's favourite job. Make it easy with Mister Tjoppie's braai sheet, a high-tech non-stick braai sheet that is dishwasher safe and easy to use.
- Simply place the non-stick braai sheet onto the grill and cook food on top of it
- Sheet is thin, so grill marks should show on cooked food, the same as if not using the sheet
- Can handle temperatures up to 288°C
- Ideal for braaing marinated, sticky or delicate food like sosaties, ribs and fish, as well as smaller, fiddly food like vegetables
- Also great for grilling sandwiches and baking pancakes, fruit and other desserts
- Can be used with a gas grill or over the coals, but should not be used over an open flame (wait for fire to become coals before using)

Fantastic
My husband received this as a birthday gift and was rather skeptical, but now loves it so much, he has asked me to order another 2. It is incredible and saves so much cleaning, especially good for marinated meats.

Great for a gas braai
This silicone sheet saves on cleaning your gas braai after the feast. Pop it in the sink with a little dishwasher or in the dish washing m/c an it will be good to go again.

Easy peasy
Adds diversity to the way you can braai. No problem for saucy, thin or fragile meats on the braai anymore, my best surprise was taking it to the game reserve and not have to worry about cleaning up someone's else mess on the public braai before, just popped it on the grill and you have a clean surface. Fabulous!
It's fabulous! I bought it thinking it was worth a try and it has been really fantastic. We have used it on a gas braai and whatever we have cooked on it has come out juicy, tender and still has the charred flavour. Lifesaving
Great product especially for someone living in a flat where it's a real drag to clean a braai. Food tastes delicious so braai flavour isn't any different.
