I'm grating everything with this magnificent product.
I bought this zester plus a ribbon grater in the same range. Honestly, it's life-changing. I am grating and zesting all that comes my way in the kitchen. I also love the wooden handle - for an artisanal feel. If the house was on fire, I'd go back into the flames to fetch my Microplanes :-)

Perfect ribbon grater for my cooking needs!
Very sharp and grates ribbon carrots/apples perfectly for my cooking needs. Watch out for your fingers, however, practise makes near perfect! Can't manage without it. Worth the expense in my humble opinion.
