Amazing for sourdough bread.
I bought this bread knife specifically for sourdough bread, after reading excellent reviews. It slices through the crispy crust of fresh sourdough bread, through the soft inner part, and importantly, through the bottom crust, where bread knifes usually struggle. Nothing gets squished out of shape. It's worth the money spent.
I would recommend this product to a friend.

Amazing bread knife!
I bought the 25cm Mercer Culinary Millenia serrated wavy edge bread knife based on excellent reviews found on Google.
This is precisely what I was looking for in a bread knife, to cut sourdough bread effortlessly, even the thicker crusts. It also glides through tomatoes like a hot knife through butter. One happy customer!
