Highly recommended kitchen essential! Super easy to use, you literally just turn the dials to the desired temperature and time you want to cook. Love the wire trays included for double decker cooking. Keeps food like chicken very moist and doesn't dry it out like some other ovens. Very easy to clean - we also line the bottom with some foil we throw away after each use to make it even easier :) great investment! Read more

Ours recently stopped working after a few years and we really missed it, it’s an invaluable appliance we wouldn’t want to do without. It’s quick, easy and effective. Unless we’re having friends over and need more space, it’s the only oven we use.

It all depends on what you want to use this item for.
I found that it roasts chicken quickly and well. The chicken is crispy on the outside and yet not dry. Roast and baked potatoes the same.
However the advertising blurb mentions that the item can also be used for baking: bread, muffins. In this regard I am very disappointed, as the underneath side of all items remains soggy. Same with doing a pizza from scratch. Superb topping, soggy base. For this reason I would suggest that future buyers are very clear in what they intend to use the oven for. I have to use my main oven for all baked items, which for me is counter-productive in saving on electricity costs. Read more

It works extremely well. We tried making pastries and they came out evenly cooked. We purchased the extender ring and managed to fit a 2.8kg turkey with veggies which cooked in 2 hours and was moist and tender. Would definitely recommend. Saves time and works well.

Mellerware should include detailed instructions on how to use the convection oven, as well as basic recipes. I am VERY disappointed.

I am very happy with Yuppiechef's excellent service but very disappointed with the general backup of the brand in the form of literature. The information supplied is detailed, on switching on the machine and cleaning it, but there is a void in detailed usage, NO RECIPES, which are supplied in other brand booklets, and very limited information on method and cooking times. There are no specific recipes for the product, though a plethora for other brands. There is a video online, but the information is basic. I have used the product, and to date it works well BUT I still feel frustrated about it. I like to have detailed information when I buy a new product. Read more
