I bought this a year ago and it is a wonderful roaster. It cleans really easily, even when there are lots of roast pieces stuck to the pan - they wipe off after a short soak in hot water. I've made great toad in the hole in the pan, and many roasts, and it looks like new. I bought this product from the Willowbridge branch to roast a leg of lamb. I was looking for a roasting pan that can work on the stovetop and can be transferred to the oven without have to use many pans. I am so happy with it, I did magic:-) and it was so easy to clean. A great roaster. My only gripe is that the roasting tray seems to scuff the non-stick coating a bit, but that may well be a result of too heavy handling.
