I have had this for just over a week and trying to figure out how I survived without. Have made pizza, cupcakes, biscuits and it works perfectly. I opted for the bigger size and it fits more than enough. Would definitely recommend it!

It seems so obvious but we don't realise the impact the smallest thing can make. This rack has taken my baking game to another level, especially on the icing front... no more melty icing!

This is very strong and of good quality. It works extremely well for 1 large cake, but I don't see how you could possibly get two average layers on it simultaneously, as was shown in the picture on the order page. It would also be suitable as a base for a hot roasting pan. I would only recommend it with that reservation.

My Non-Stick Cooling Rack is the 23cmx26cm. This size is perfect for a single cake. I have also used it as a trivet (in the absence of such an item in my kitchen). It is sturdy enough that use as a trivet has not resulted in any damage. I have of course used it for cakes and muffins, too. It does what it ought to (cool hot things without letting them get damp from their own perspiration) and is easy to clean. Good product. Thanks Master Class :-) Read more

The cooling rack is sturdy. Big plus. It can be used successfully as a cooling rack, but also as a rack to stand canning bottles on whilst bottling produce.
I will recommend this product any day.
It can easily hold two cake layers or four loaves.

This cooling rack seriously just feels like quality. It is so sturdy and it's awesome how raised it is. With my old cooling racks, the cakes would create "sweat" marks on my kitchen counter from how low they were. It's also nice having so many lines going across both ways because there's a reduced chance of the warm soft cake "seeping" through the lines.
