These pans are very good quality - strong and durable. I like the 20 year guarantee (5 years for the non-stick coating). They are a great piece of equipment that will certainly encourage me to bake more.

Really love these pans. I christened mine with a chocolate ganache tart and it released beautifully from the pan. I would highly recommend Master Class pans.

Great pan..but slightly drippy

I recently gave this pan a try with a devil's food cake. Granted, the cake had a very runny batter, but I was disappointed to learn that the pan drips a bit from the bottom - I had to slip a baking tray underneath and the cake turned out great. Drippiness aside, I love the weightiness of the pan and it is fantastically nonstick - it should fare better with a thicker batter.
