Great cake tin
This cake tin is great for a range of cakes - used it for many a chocolate and even angel cake.
With all bundt style tins, they still require a certain amount of greasing because of the mould of the tin. Spray 'n cook is a sure bet, but greasing with a little butter and dusting with flour also works a treat.

Excellent baking tin
Just baked my Ginger Bread in the Fluted Cake Tin. Cake baked beautifully, no sticking, no cracking just perfect. With care I will enjoy baking with this tin for many years to come. Wish you were here to enjoy a slice. All spicy with a good spread of butter, yumm. Buy this you will not be disappointed.

Bakes well
I love this pan - I have a similar one that is quite old and can now bake 2 cakes simultaneously. Only slight negative, as I have another to compare, is the grip - the 'lip' of the pan is a bit skimpy. My other one has a bit of a larger lip and can be handled more easily. Still an excellent buy!
