Great cake tin
This cake tin is great for a range of cakes - used it for many a chocolate and even angel cake. With all bundt style tins, they still require a certain amount of greasing because of the mould of the tin. The best Bundt cake pan!
Love my new pan. As a baker, I always grease and line my cake tins so I was a bit stressed that my cake won’t turn out of the pan. But I didn’t have to stress, greasing was enough as it popped right out! My daughter baked an apple Bundt cake at 160°C for just over an hour and the cake did not burn or overbake as the pan is made from heavy-duty metal. Wish I could attach a picture!

I can't fault MasterClass
Good quality... you can just feel it. When I hold it, I can tell it is a good quality product. I will always purchase MasterClass products from now onwards. You won't be disappointed. I'm very happy with all their cake Pans I have already bought.
