I love this product
I purchased this product and instantly fell in love with it. The portions are perfect. The mini banana loaves are a hit as well as the individual cheesecakes. The loose bottoms make it so easy to remove, however, the bottoms can stick to the cake slightly.

Fantastic to use - each mini loaf has a "loose" bottom so that you can pop out the mini loaf form underneath, very easily
