Handy for baking little cakes
I wanted something to bake canelé in but couldn’t find the correct pans, so thought I’d try this. The pans were smaller than I thought they would be so it didn’t actually do the trick, however, I am sure they will come in handy for other baking. They have little discs at the bottom which certainly helps get the baked items out of the pans, though with the fairly runny canelé batter a few leaked. Read more

A must have!
I got one of these as a birthday present and just had to order another one! Can't do without it! You can create any mini dessert or petit four with this pan - mini baked cheesecakes, lemon meringues, milk tartlets... Perfect size too - little bigger than mini muffin tin but still petite enough to be much smaller than a standard muffin tin.

Mini cheesecake hit.
I bought this to turn my sought-after cheesecake into mini cheesecakes for a function. They were very popular but I had to do 4 lots with one tin as I didn’t want to buy more so it took ages, especially with load shedding in between. Otherwise, I love the tin.
