I find many other reviews here inaccurate. I have owned this machine for over 3 years and made probably 2 batches of icecream per week in it over this time.
What you need to know:
Always try chill your custard for a minimum of 8 hours or overnight.
The colder the custard, the quicker it freezes, the quicker it freezes, the smoother the finished product.
I would recommend this product to a friend.
